Trauma and Tension Release Exercise

Did you ever experience trauma, tension, social-violence, losses of your love ones, and stress? Yes, of course, each one of us experiencing stress in daily life situation.

Philippine Society of Sexual & Reproductive Health Nurses (PSORHN) and Helping-Hand Central Luzon (HHCL) are lucky enough to joined this first ever Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE) last January 29 – 31, a 3-day training for the trainers first batch held at OCCI, Emerald Building, Ortigas Center Pasig City. This training was initiated by Human Care Development to train trainers in order to reach the Typhoon Haiyan, Bohol Earthquake survivors and Zamboanga Crisis.
